-The use is exercised by the occupant of the main use and
not more than one
no one residing elsewhere is employed for this purpose;
-No display or storage is visible from outside the
building;
-No modification to the architecture of the building is
visible from the exterior;
-It is prohibited to create additional parking spaces in
the front yard of the building for the purposes of such use;
-The use does not include the use of trucks with a
capacity greater than of a ton.
