Get up with the superb view of the lake or the mountains,
relax in peace on your large terrace by the water or go
pedalo, paddle board, canoe. You can also take beautiful
walks around the lake or in the region, play golf in
St-Jean-de-Matha and end your day by relaxing in your spa
while admiring the sunset over the mountains...
Winter allows you beautiful snowshoeing, snowmobiling from
your home or skiing since St-Côme is about twenty km away.

Note that Martin-Prévost Road is private but that it is the
city which manages the snow removal and which has given a
contract to the snow plows and that this amount is included
in the municipal tax bill.
The total amount of snow removal is divided between the
different existing chalets and will therefore decrease with
each new construction.
