Welcome to the first BESIDE Habitat project, in Chertsey in
Lanaudière, whose objective is to protect the natural
heritage of a vast territory of 900 acres on 80% of its
surface area, made possible by minimal and sustainable
development on 20% of it.

The project aims to connect humans with nature, and offers
a host of activities inviting its users to explore a
territory that offers two clear lakes, kilometers of trails
lending themselves to a host of activities throughout the
seasons, a topography including peaks and rock walls, all
in a rich and diverse nature that invites discovery and
contemplation.

The land allows the construction of four types of chalets
(Type 1 to Type 4) designed by the firm Appareil
Architecture and built by Janson Construction. Other
collaborators on the project include Nature Humaine, À
Hauteur d'Homme, Lambert & Fils and many others.

The territory also includes a pavilion that is intended to
be the heart of the project, a place of gathering and rest,
offering activities and allowing teleworking. Pods will
also be built on the territory and can be rented to allow
an unparalleled connection to nature.

BESIDE also offers a turnkey rental service allowing easy
management of your rentals, maximization of your income,
and sharing of income via a rental pool.
