The tenant must provide the first month's rent at the time
of lease signing.
The tenant is responsible for all damages to the condo or
building, including those resulting from clogged pipes or
toilets due to misuse, negligence, or improper disposal of
materials.
The tenant must carry tenant liability insurance in the
amount of two million dollars ($2,000,000) and provide
proof of insurance no later than the day of move-in and at
each lease renewal.
At the end of the lease, the tenant must leave the property
in the same condition as on the move-in day, except for
normal wear and tear.
The landlord is responsible for repairs to the heating
system, air conditioning, and appliances, except in cases
of tenant negligence.
Non-smoking unit, no tobacco or cannabis. No cannabis
cultivation allowed.
No pets allowed
